Research Focus
Dr. Murphy’s research interests include dietary assessment methodology, food and supplement composition databases, development and use of nutrient standards, and the nutritional epidemiology of chronic diseases. She is currently participating in report reviews for the National Academy of Medicine and contributing to a biography of Dr. Doris Howes Calloway.
